6.E. <br />6--9-/5 <br />/;O <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN SENIOR RESOURCES ASSOCIATION, INC. <br />AND VERO BEACH HOTEL AND SPA, INC. <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ,2,t i day of June _ , 2015 by <br />and between the SENIOR RESOURCE ASSOCIATION, INC., -a Florida non-profit <br />corporation (SRA) whose address is 694 14th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, and <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (County) whose <br />address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, and the Kimpton Hotel and <br />Restaurant Group LLC , as agent for Vero Hotel management LLC DBA Vero Beach <br />Hotel and Spa, a Florida limited liability company (Vero Hotel) whose address is 3500 <br />Ocean Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the SRA is the community transit provider for all of Indian River <br />County through its GoLine bus service (GoLine); and <br />WHEREAS, the GoLine is a fixed route bus service that provides transportation <br />to citizens and visitors throughout Indian River County operating 7 days a week; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to provide bus service along the beachside business <br />district on the County's barrier island to reduce traffic, parking problems and congestion <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the beachside business district consists of roughly Ocean Drive, <br />Cardinal Drive and Eagle Drive together with the various side streets and thoroughfares, <br />from north of Riomar golf course to north of Jaycee Beach Park; and <br />WHEREAS, by the addition of bus service to the beachside business district, <br />problems with parking, congestion and traffic will be lessened; and <br />WHEREAS, the Vero Hotel seeks to assist in remedying the problems <br />associated with parking, traffic and congestion; and <br />WHEREAS, the goal of this Agreement is to provide 7 day -a -week, 12 hour -per - <br />day bus service along Ocean Drive and the rest of the beachside business district for <br />the benefit of the citizens and visitors to Indian River County; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual covenants of contained in this <br />agreement, the SRA and Vero Hotel agree as follows: <br />1 <br />
