1. The SRA shall provide one fixed route of bus service to the beachside business <br />district including the following features: <br />a. SRA shall provide a fixed route service that shall run 7 days per week. <br />b. The daily duration of the service shall be 12 hours. <br />c. The route shall include a stop at the Vero Hotel. <br />d. The SRA shall be responsible for obtaining a long term parking area primarily <br />targeted to supply persons working in the beachside business district with a <br />place to park their autos and utilize the bus service as a shuttle (without deviating <br />from the route) to their place of employment. The long term parking area shall be <br />provided at the southeast end of Riverside Park in Vero Beach. <br />e. The bus provided for this route by SRA shall be a "wrapped" bus displaying <br />graphic advertising selected by the Vero Hotel and approved by the SRA. <br />f. The SRA shall be responsible for installation and "wrapping" of the bus at the <br />SRA's cost. <br />2. The fixed route bus service shall be for a term of one year with the opportunity for a <br />one year renewal. At least 120 days prior to the expiration of the one year term, <br />either party may give notice of their intention to extend the Agreement for an <br />additional one year period or terminate the agreement at the end of the one year <br />period. <br />3. The term of this Agreement shall be effective from July 1, 2015 through June 30, <br />2016. <br />4, In exchange for the wrapped bus graphics and advertising, Vero Hotel shall pay the <br />sum of $40,000 to the SRA within 10 days of the final signature on this Agreement. <br />Should the parties extend this Agreement for the additional year, the Vero Hotel <br />shall pay to the SRA $40,000 for the additional one year term of graphics and <br />advertising. <br />5. Aside from Vero Hotel graphics and advertising that will appear on the wrapped bus, <br />the SRA's GoLine name shall appear on the bus together with its slogan "Getting <br />You There", with the GoLine phone number and any required safety signage and <br />markings. <br />6. The Vero Hotel shall submit proposed graphics and advertising for the wrapped bus <br />to the SRA and the SRA shall approve of the proposals using its advertising <br />guidelines. <br />2 <br />
