33.046 An employee who is qualified and certified as a Paramedic may assume the duties <br />of the E.M.S. Coordinator or Training Officer and shall receive a pay increase of sixes <br />dollars 0:f 03 one hundred twenty dollars ($120) bi-weekly. There will he a <br />maximum of four (4) E.M.S. Coordinators or -Training Officers in the department. <br />33.07 Four (4) Special Operations F.T.O.s per shift, total of 12 slots, shall receive s -4e1 ars <br />($60.00) one hundred twenty dollars ($120) biweekly. <br />33.08 Forty (40) Special Operations (Technician Level) per shift, total of 120 slots, shall <br />receive thirty five dollars ($35.00) biweekly, so long as they maintain their certifications. <br />Only one incentive per person. <br />33.09 Non -shift employees shall be eligible for one (I) pay increase of twenty-one dollars <br />($21.00) biweekly (maximum of six individuals) when they become certified in one of <br />the following areas: <br />State of Florida Instructor II or I11 <br />State of Florida Inspector II or NFPA Certified Inspector 1 <br />State of Florida Investigator II or 1AAI Certified Investigator <br />NFPA Certified Fire Plan Examiner 1 or NFA Plan Review for Inspectors <br />33.10 <br />t The County will fund and the Fire Chief will fill <br />86 Solo incentive slots for FY 2013/2014. <br />to <br />• • • _ .. _. Effective FY 2014/2015, any Fire -Medic who <br />passes the protocol test will be allowed to function as a solo medic and eligible for <br />the solo incentive. <br />
