U 1 • 1 0 1 Commissioner Stewart and Commissioner Graves together with Attorney Mitchell and Mice Helleso were appointed a committee to obtain hospital costs from the St. Lucie County hospital and to compare same with costs of the Indian River County hospital and to repprt their findings to the Board. SCHRUM, of the County of Indian River State of Flcrida, being the owner of o Tax Sale Certificate Nos. 222 and 1322 dated the 2nd. and 31st. day of September and July, 1940 and 1942, in the sum of $20.66 & $49.20 covering the following described property' to-wit:i Lot 13, Block 39 R. D. Carter's Subdivision hereby make application to your*Honorable Body to issue duplicate Tax Sale Certificates in lieu of theoriginal described herein for the following reasonss 1 (1) That said Tax Sale Certificates were purchased by me at the regular sale of 1940 and 1942 for which I paid the sum of $20.66 and $49.20 (2) That said Tax Sale Certificates$ or any interest therein, has not been hypothe- cated, sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration therefor. (3) That said Tax Sale Certificates have been lost or destroyed and that I have imade diligent search and am unable to locate said certificates. (4) That if duplicate Certificates are issued in lieu thereof and the originals should at any time be located, the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuits Court of Indian River County for cancellation. (5) That I. C. C. SCHURM9 as a further consideration acknowledge myself held and firmly bound unto DOUGLAS BAKER' Clerk of the Circuit Court of^Indian River County, and his successors in offiee�9 in the sum of $41.32 & $98.40, being double the amounts of the face value of said Tax, Certificates, for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind. myself! heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificates, be presented by any person whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment or application for ii Tax Deed thereon:.
