Brown, Budget Director <br />FROM: Jennifer Hyde, Purchasing Manag <br />SUBJECT: Approval of First and Second Extension to Agreement for Full Service ATM <br />Installation and Maintenance <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On August 16, 2011, the Board of County Commissioners awarded RFP 2011043 Full Service <br />Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Installation and Maintenance to Oculina Bank for machines <br />located in Admin Buildings A and B. The initial term was for 36 months with two 12 -month <br />extensions available. The initial term was through August 15, 2014 and staff would like to exercise <br />both available extensions, to extend the term of the agreement through August 15, 2016. <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />No funding is allocated for these services, however individual users are charged a $1.50 <br />transaction fee. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners approve of the attached Renewal to the <br />Agreement for both the first and second available extensions and authorize the Chairman to <br />execute the Extension. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Extension to Agreement <br />APPROVED AGENDA ITEM <br />BY: (CIndil) d <br />seph A!
