CONSENT AGENDA <br />After the interviews, the committee members again independently ranked the firms and a committee <br />ranking was compiled. Staff proposes to enter negotiations with the top ranked firm. <br />The final ranking established by the committee is: <br />1. PGAL <br />2. Edlund, Dritenbas, Binkley, Architects & Associates, P.A. <br />3. TTV Architects <br />4. Donadio & Associates <br />5. *CRA Architects withdrew from consideration prior to interviews <br />FUNDING: <br />Funding for the renovations will be from the Court Facility Surcharge in account 14022019-066510- <br />12009 (Facility Management — New Courtroom Facilities), with $213,750 currently budgeted and <br />available for the design phase. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board approve the committee's final ranking and authorize negotiations with <br />PGAL (and the subsequently ranked firms, should negotiations with the top ranked firm fail) in <br />accordance with FS 287.055, Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act. <br />APPROVED AGENDA ITEM <br />BY: <br />/ seph Af Baird, County Administrator <br />FO .
