At that meeting, the Board authorized the RFP process and funding of up to <br />$75,000 for development of the positioning plan. The Board also directed staff to coordinate with the <br />Indian River County Chamber of Commerce on development of the RFP and throughout the <br />positioning plan process. As directed by the Board, the RFP was issued in April 2014. <br />Upon review of the proposals, Voltedge, Inc. (hereafter referred to as Ady Advantage) was selected <br />to prepare the Economic Development Positioning and Action Plan for the County for Phase I <br />services for a price of up to $80,000.
