<br />SAS, the respective boards and taxing districts being authorized to fix and levy

<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of I_NDIIAN RIVER MOSQUITO
<br />CONTROL DISTRICT, and a certified copy of the resolution filed with this Board, as required by
<br />law, and as estimated by the Board of Commissioners, it is determined and hereby declared that

<br />a tax rate of -dour and one-half (4.5) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and
<br />assessed for the year 19499 on all of the property taxable for such purpose as provided by law
<br />in the County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of said Indian River Mos-
<br />quito Control District, the boundaries of said District being described as follows, to -wits
<br />All of that territory in Indian River County, Florida, included with the boundaries described
<br />as follows, to -wits Begin at a point where the South boundary line of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, intersects the Atlantic Ocean; thence run West along the South boundary line of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to the Southwest corner of Section 311 Township 33 South, Range
<br />36 East; thence run North along the range line dividing Range 35 East and Range 36 East to
<br />the Northwest corner of Section 69'Township 33 South, Range 36 East, and which corner :Mr on the
<br />boundary line dividing Township 32 South and Township 33 South; thence run East on the boundary
<br />line dividing Township 33 South and Township 32 South to the Southwest corner of Section 369
<br />Township 32 South, Range 38 East; thence run North to the Northwest corner of Section 36,
<br />Township 31 South, Range 38 East; thence run Wiest to the Southwest corner of Section 269 Town-
<br />ship 31 South, Range 38 East; thence run North to the Northwest corner of Section 23, Township
<br />31 South, Range 38 East; thence run West to the Fleming Grant line and the Southwest corner of

<br />line of Indian River County, Florida, to the point of beginning.
<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners-of.SEBASTIAN INLET DISTRICT
<br />for the ultimate redemption of bonds, notes, or other obligations outstanding,.and to pay in-
<br />terest thereon, when due, and for general repairs and additional work to be done, and a certi-
<br />fied copy of the resolution filed with this Board, as required by law, and as hereby declared
<br />that a tax rate of four and one-half (4 1/2) mills.upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby
<br />fixed and assessed, for the year 19491 on all of the propetty in the County of Indian River,
<br />lying and being in the boundaries of said Sebastian Inlet District one and five-tentbs (1..5)
<br />mills for which shall be used solely for interest payments, when due, and to create a sinking
<br />fund for the ultimate redemption of Refunding Bonds of said District dated July lst, 1936, and
<br />three (3) mills of which levy shall be used as a maintenance fund for the purposes authorized
<br />and prescribed in the act creating said district namely Section 15 of Chapter 7976 of the Laws
<br />of Florida as amended by Chapter 12259 of the Laws of Florida..,
