The county will pay the <br /> e 1„ ] Kurpil's $10,000 for constructing a county pond drainage swale on the Kurpils <br /> � <br /> J� property for the purpose of water runoff. The Kurpils will mow and maintain the <br /> swale as per St. Johns Water Managements requirements. <br /> 6. In the event that the 12" drainage pipe along 67th Avenue (along the west side of the <br /> Kurpil property) is too small and the existing drainage swale along the west side of <br /> the Kurpil property needs to be re-graded due to flooding, the pipe shall be upsized <br /> 1\/and the swale will be re-graded and re-sodded. These tasks shall be performed by <br /> the County or its contractor at the County's expense. The county will also monitor <br /> the water flowing south to the drainage grate on the Winkels property located next to <br /> their northwest corner fence line along 67th Avenue so that the water will not back up <br /> onto the Kurpils property.
