This Amended Work Order No. 1 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Amended Work Order No. 1 adds additional tasks and services not included in Work Order <br /> No. 1 for the Design/Builder to perform in connection with design, programming, construction <br /> documents, civil engineering and related design for a temporary modular building. <br /> SECTION II -SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Design/Builder and County, that the Design/Builder shall provide all <br /> engineering, architectural and construction services to complete all tasks as outlined in this <br /> Amended Work Order No. 1 specifically detailed in the attached proposal. The additional <br /> services include; <br /> • Additional schematic, design development services, based on the increased scope and <br /> scale of the proposed renovation $16,488.00 <br /> • Working drawings including a permit set of drawings based on the increased scope of <br /> proposed renovation $38,657.00 <br /> • Additional civil design services including a new design for the front driveway and the <br /> design of site plan for temporary modular housing while renovation and repairs are <br /> taking place $3,950.00 <br /> The amended proposals from the civil engineers, architect and Design/Builder are attached to <br /> this work order and incorporated herein. <br /> 222 <br />
