IRCESD Work Order No. 1(amended) <br /> Barth Construction,Inc <br /> Fire Station 1 <br /> May 4,2015 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> SECTION III —TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1. The Design/Builder shall provide the County: <br /> a. Survey set/sheets shall include a cover sheet with location sketch, survey <br /> certifications, and related title and Project No; survey notes/legend/abbreviation <br /> sheet and right-of-way plan view sheets. <br /> b. Work Product and digital versions are to prepared and submitted so that the County <br /> or other consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as <br /> defined. It shall contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to <br /> independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final <br /> products become property of the County. <br /> 2. The services shall be completed by the Design/Builder and delivered to the county by <br /> October 15, 2015. <br /> 3. <br /> SECTION IV—COMPENSATION <br /> The County agrees to pay, and the Design/Builder agrees to accept, for the above described <br /> services rendered as identified in Sections I, II, and III of this Amended Work Order No. 1, for a <br /> total amount of$59,095.00 + $58,232.00 = $117,327.00 <br /> Any additional services not described hereon shall be pre-approved by the County. <br /> All invoicing shall include itemized costs and materials expended to complete the Work. <br /> Payments shall be in accordance with the original Agreement dated December 6, 2012. <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of <br /> the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein. <br /> 223 <br />
