May 8, 2008 <br /> VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD 2007 FINAL MEETING <br /> MINUTES OF MAY 8, 2008 <br /> The Value Adjustment Board(VAB) of Indian River County, Florida, met in Building A, <br /> Room 102 in the County Administration Building, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br /> Thursday, May 8, 2008. Present were Chairman Peter O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Gary C. <br /> Wheeler, Commissioner Wesley S. Davis, and School Board Members Karen Disney-Brombach <br /> and Debbie MacKay. Also present were County Attorney William G. Collins II, Property <br /> Appraiser David Nolte, Commercial Appraiser, Wayne Bibeau, Assessment Control Specialists <br /> Diana Beres, and Janine Hicks, and Deputy Clerk Maria Suesz, as Clerk to the Value Adjustment <br /> Board. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Peter O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 12:45 p.m. <br /> 2. INVOCATION <br /> Commissioner Wesley Davis delivered the Invocation. <br /> 3.
