The Board <br />instructed Judge and Sheriff to make an effort to obtain a water cooler which would be satis- <br />factory and yet be very little, if any, expense to the County. <br />TO THE HON. H, SAUNDERS, of the County of Martin State of Florida, being the owner of <br />Tax Sale Certificate No. 2187 dated the 4th. day of September 1933, in the sum of $36.48 <br />covering the following described property, to -wits <br />Lots 10 & 119 Block 100, Town of Fellsmere, <br />hereby make application to your Honorable Body to issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in <br />lieu of the original described herein for the following reasons: <br />(1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by me April 10, 1939 (396) for <br />which I paid the sum of $12.64. <br />(2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothe- <br />Bated, sold, assigned, transferred of delivered by me and I have received no consideration <br />therefor. <br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that I have made <br />19 <br />diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate. <br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof the should <br />and original <br />at any time be located, the same will be surrendered'to the'Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />Indian River County for cancellation. <br />�5) That I. D. H. Saunders, as a further consideration acknowledge *yself held <br />and firmly bound unto Douglas Baker, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, and <br />his successors in office, in the sum of $25.28, being double the amount of the face value <br />of said Tax Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind myself, heirs, <br />executors and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate be presented by <br />any person whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment or application for Tax Deed thereon. <br />I solemnly swear, or affirm, that the statements contained herein in support of my <br />application for issuance of duplicate Tax Sale Certificate, are true and correct.
