S. <br />GLENDALE BOULEVARD <br />From Lateral "B" Road at the Southwest Corner of Section 9, Township 33 South, Range 39 <br />East, to State Road 605 (Old Dixie), a distance of approximately 3.3 miles. <br />9. <br />PERSON AVENUE <br />STATE ROAD NO. 607 <br />From South County Line at Southwest Corner Section 35, Township 33 South, Range 39 <br />East, North to State Road 60 a distance of approximately 5.5 miles. <br />That said projects as above set forth are designated in the order of their <br />priority as determined by this Board for the years 1950, 1951 and 1952. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this direction as to use of such funds for 1950 shall <br />remain in effect throughout the year unless revised or supplemented by mutual agreement be- <br />tween the Board of County Commissioners and the State Road Department, which revision or <br />supplement shall result from some emergency or urgent need, and shall be in the form of a new <br />County Resolution, the provisions of which are agreed to and accepted by the State Road De- <br />partment; and that the tentative schedule for use of Secondary Funds for 1951 and 1952 be <br />considered in effect unless annual Resolutions amending same are filed by January 10th in <br />those years. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be filed with <br />the State Road Department. <br />The foregoing Resolution waS duly seconded by Commissioner Aubrey L. Waddell and <br />unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTIQN <br />Commissioner Tom N. Stewart introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption as follows, to -wits <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, has <br />adopted its Resolution requesting and directing the State Road Department of the State of -Flo- <br />rida in the use of the funds accruing to Indian River County under the Secondary Roads <br />Assistance Act of 1949 and all othet Secondary Road funds accruing to Indian River County; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of this Canty that other, further and addition- <br />al roads be designated in this County and added to the Federal Aid System of Secondary roads; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that the State Road Department of the State of Florida and the Federal Bureau of Roads are <br />herewith requested to designate the following roads in Indian River County, Florida, as a <br />part of the Federal Aid System of Secondary Roads, which said roads hereinafter designated are <br />in addition to those roads in Indian River County now so designated and are described as <br />follows, to -wits <br />I. <br />CLEMANS AVENUE <br />Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, and run South on Section lines a distance of 5* miles <br />to County Line. <br />
