to taxes and assessments levied by the City of Vero Beach after 1949, said deed also contain- <br />ing a provision as follows; "In the event the Purchases fails to erect a building costing <br />not less than $30,000.00 and fails to complete the construction of Said building not later <br />then December 28, 1950, then in that event, the above described property shall revert to the <br />City of Vero Beach." <br />Section 2.
