Upon motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Watts <br />he Board <br />and carried, the request was refused and agreed that the Resolution adopted by the Board <br />as shown at Page 384 County Commissionerb' Minute Book 3 should remain the same. <br />A letter was received from Mr. P. Le B. Gardner 1 opposing the Resolution adopted <br />by this Board requesting the State Road Department to name the new bridge "Merrill P. Barber" <br />bridge. S. N. Smith, Jr., Attorney, and Commissioner Tom N.
