Consider <br /> reaching out to USGS to perform the study and/or fund a graduate <br /> and post doc student at a local university to conduct the study. <br /> Reservoir construction should be deeper and lined. Lining would also <br /> eliminate losses to seepage and mitigate offsite impacts to <br /> neighboring farm land. <br /> *Lining reservoirs of this size is costly and has historically proven <br /> unnecessary.
