<br />Notice is hereby given that the County,
<br />Assessor of Taxes of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will meet with the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, in the office.
<br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, in the
<br />County Courthouse at Vero Beach, at
<br />Ithe hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. Tgesday,
<br />'August 1, 1950, to which said date said
<br />Commissioners have extended the time
<br />for the completion of the Assessment
<br />Roll of said county, for the purpose of
<br />hearing complaints and receiving testi-
<br />mony as to the value of any property,
<br />real or personal, as fixed by the County
<br />Assessor of Taxes, or perfecting, re-
<br />viewing and equalizing the assessment
<br />as fixed by the County Assessor of
<br />Taxes on the tax assessment rolls of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, for the
<br />year 1950 and as appears by said tax
<br />assessment rolls to be submitted to
<br />said Board of County Commissioners at
<br />the time and place aforesaid and con-
<br />tinuing in session for that purpose from
<br />day to day for one week or as long as
<br />shall be necessary.

<br />Pursuant to the foregoing notice the County Assessor of Taxes submitted the County
<br />Tax Assessment Roll for the year 1958 to the Board of County Commissioners sitting as a
<br />Board of equalization and which roll had the approval (teleg°ram) of the State Comptroller
<br />recited thereon.

<br />The following Resolution was introduced by Commissioner Waddell who moved its a-
<br />doption as follows, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, the County Assessor of taxes has completed his Tax Assessment Roll for
<br />the year 195d and has presented the same to this Board on this day as provided by law; and,
<br />MEM, due notice has been given by publication in the Vero Beach. Press Journal,
<br />a newspaper of general circulation published in Indian Raver County, Florida, at least 15
<br />days before this date that this Board will be in session for the purpose of hearing complaints
<br />and receiving testimony as to the value of any property as fixed and assessed by the County
<br />Assessor of Taxes and as will more Pully appear by proof` of publication of such notice filed
<br />with the minutes of this meeting; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board has *et this day and has heard any complaints and has received
<br />any testimony offered and has not deemed it necessary to make any increase in any values
<br />fixed by the County Assessor of Taxes as to any property on said tax roll and has given full
<br />•
<br />consideration to all matters pertaining to the same and has equalized the same; therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, does herewith determine that said tax roll as presented by the County Assessor of
<br />taxes is perfected, reviewed and equalized and that the same is herewith approved and con-
<br />firmed.
