Jail <br />Duncan, Stewart & Mc'oy Architects. <br />'RQ2.MIR <br />TOTAL <br />$ 3097.00. <br />. .40000.00 <br />"e"476077(6 <br />It was thereupon resolved that the Clerk of the Circuit Court be directed to have.. <br />the foregoing budget estimates as made by the Board published in the newspaper in this <br />County by one insertion, and that a copy thereof, properly certified, be forwarded to the <br />State Comptroller of the State of Florida. <br />Honorable Troy E. Moody,, Ta4sllecter, appeared before the Board and submitted a <br />list of errors, insolvencies and double assesisments as to the 1949 real estate, personal <br />property taxes and intangible tax rolls which were approved. <br />The Board then proceeded to approve the retained commissions due the Assessor of <br />Taxes, Homer C. Fletcher, for retained commissions due for assessing the taxes and comparifu <br />the Tax Roll for the year 1949 as shown by the B & I report, audited by Douglas Baker, <br />Clerk, filed by Honorable Troy E.. Moody, Tax Collector of Indian River County, as indicated <br />on statement submitted by Mr. Fletcher, and on motion made by Commissioner Watts, seconded <br />by Commissioner Woods and carried was approved by the Board. <br />On motion of Commissioner Stewart, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and carried, <br />Trey E.
