BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER CO., <br />VERO BEACH, FLORIDA. <br />Gentlemen: <br />I, -C. P. Diamond' Attorney for Marion Worley, of the County of Indian Rtver <br />State of Florida, being the owner of Tax Sale Certificate No. 4276 dated the 4th day of <br />September 1933, in the sum of $14.59 covering the following described property, to -wit: <br />Lots,20 and 21, Block 29 Vero Beach Estates, according to plat filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit, Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 59 <br />page 8, hereby make application to your Honorable Body to issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certi- <br />ficate in lieu of the original described herein for the following reasons: <br />(1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by me for a valuable consideration, <br />from 0. A,. Worley, owner, <br />(2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothe- <br />cated, sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no <br />consideration therefor. <br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that I have made <br />diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate. <br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof and the original <br />should at any time be located the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of Indian Ever County for cancellation. <br />(5) That I, C. P. Diamond, individually and as such atty as a further consider- <br />ation acknowledge myself held and firmly bound unto bouglas Baker, Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of Indian River County, and his successors in office, in the <br />sum of $29.18, being double the amount of the face value of said Tax Certi- <br />ficate.for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind myself, heirs, <br />executors and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate <br />be presented by any person whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment <br />or application for Tax Deed thereon. <br />I solemnly swear, or affirm, that the statements`,contained herein in support of <br />my application for issuance of duplicate Tax Sale Certificate, are true and correct.
