1937 1 Company of New York as surety was approved October 10, 1951 by Douglas Baker, Clerk Circuit Court, as provided by law. The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were ex-;.- amined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills �sr and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book, as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes. The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disburse- ments of the various funds, which having been audited were found to be correct. There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board then adjourned. After careful consideration and deliberation it was moved by Commissioner Stewart, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, that the contract be awarded to the Manly Jail Works on the basis of the value of time to be saved over that indicated by the lowest bidder; thereupon the Chairman and Clerk were authorized and instructed to execute a contract, upon approval as to form, by the architects and engineers and County Attorney. A check was received in the sum of $40.00 representing rent on the"Shipshewana Shores' property and it was ordered by the Board that the same be delivered to Mr. E. E. Carter and requested that the amount be placed with the other funds, that the present committee in charge continue to function until possession is obtained by the new committee, and the Board further requested that a report of all receipts and disbursements be made from the beginning up to the present. Notary Public bond for Marylynn C. Cole in the sum of $500.00 with Hartford Acci- dent and Indemnity Company as surety was approved October 10, 1951 by Douglas.Baker, Clerk Cir- cuit Court, as provided by law. Application for admission to the State Tuberculosis Sanatorium of Dorothy Johnson (colored) Box 77, Gifford, Florida, was approved October 12, 1951. Notary Public bond in the sum of $500.00 for Chas.
