The County is in design and permitting for construction <br />of a 3.0 MGD North County RO Water Treatment Plant. The County currently has 9 wells into the Floridian <br />Aquifer and is constructing 3 additional wells to supply water to the North County RO Plant. Withdrawals from <br />the aquifer are regulated by the St. Johns Water Management District. The County is in compliance with all <br />state and federal guidelines at its water treatment facilities. Water loss for 1995 was low (5%). The current 9.67 <br />
