THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT, by and between INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its <br />Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as COUNTY and THE SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a part of the State of Florida <br />System of Public Education, by and through its School Board, hereinafter referred to as <br />SCHOOL BOARD, for the purpose of providing videotaping service to Indian River <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969 (Chapter 163, F.S.) <br />grants the COUNTY and SCHOOL BOARD the authority to enter into interlocal <br />WHEREAS, the SCHOOL BOARD has a program for teaching students the art of <br />television videotaping; and <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY has determined that it is in the public interest to <br />televise County Commission proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, it would be of mutual benefit to both parties to have the SCHOOL <br />BOARD videotape commission proceedings; and <br />
