2. Provide access to meeting room facilities for set-up, taping. and removal of <br />television equipment for all meetings scheduled for taping. <br />3. Provide adequate lighting for videotaping and cable replay as well as access to <br />Arrange for cable replay and to make appropriate payments (if any) for such <br />replay with the cable companies or their agents. <br />Designate a liaison to work with the School Board's liaison. <br />1.
