This shall include—but not be limited to --all vacation <br />Provide trained personnel to operate cameras and control equipment to <br />accomplish the videotaping of meetings in a professional manner. <br />Act as custodian of School District owned equipment while in use, transit, <br />or storage; and to take all reasonable actions to ensure its safety and <br />c. Be responsible for the safety of its operational personnel and meeting <br />participants and attendees insofar as that safety is related to the set-up, <br />videotaping, and removal of equipment at these meetings. <br />d. Deliver to appropriate liaison(s) the videotape(s) marked with meeting and <br />7. Designate a liaison to work with the COUNTY liaison. <br />It shall be the responsibility of the COUNTY to: <br />I. Pay the SCHOOL BOARD for the video taping and use of equipment for all <br />Commission meetings that arc videotaped by the SCHOOL BOARD at a rate <br />of $100.00 per hour of actual videotaping. This fee will be roundcd to the <br />nearest 30 minutes (at $50.00 per 30 minutes). This fee will be added to a flat <br />one-hour fee for set-up and take-down per session.
