1 <br />1 <br />It was ordered that the Clerk notify the Sheriff to deliver R. G. McCain to the <br />County Engineer for road work during the term of sentence imposed upon him. <br />The several bills against the County were examined, audited and found correct, <br />and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The amounts so drawn from 4ie <br />respective funds is as follows: <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND: $5539.36 <br />FINE & FORFEITURE FUND 722.84 <br />Road and Bridge _... 2666.79 <br />Mothers' Pension Yund 158.00 <br />Interest & Sinking bund 1201.65 <br />The County Depositories of the County filed their monthly statement showing the <br />balance on hand in the respective funds of the County. The amount on hand in the <br />several funds is as follows: <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND *38,270.23 <br />FINE & FORFEITURE FUND 3,199.30 <br />ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND 6,961.54 <br />AGRICULTURAL FUND 958.18 <br />TIME WARRANT FUND 1925 30,094.71 <br />MOTHERS' PENSION FUND 541.50 <br />PUBLICITY FUND 565.61 <br />SPEC R & B DIST #1 (INT.& SINK)31,580.04 <br />INTEREST & SINKING FUND 25,615.89 <br />There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and carried the <br />Board then adjourned until the regular meeting in December 1925. <br />ATTEXia. /�jfjj . <br />/bila <br />C l e r k. <br />14,610, <br />nai�.nhairman <br />TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1st 1925 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian ttiver county, r'lorida, met at the <br />Court house in vero beach, at 10 o'clock A.L.'rueeday December 1st 1925. The following <br />members of the Board were present: John ti Atkin, Chairman; G.A.braddock; J.W.Labruce; <br />Donald Yorbes and 0.0•.helaeth.• Also present were Liles warren, Clerk and J.W.Anight, <br />Sheriff. <br />The Iinuea of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />The Deputy Sheriff bond of boy Y. Preston in the eum of *1,000.00 with J...Suther- <br />land and R.J.Dunnam ai sureties was approved. <br />The Notary Public Bond of Robert Evans in the sum of *500.00 with the American <br />Surety Company of new York, a corporation, a as surety was approved. <br />The County Engineer presented report of work done for private parties and checks <br />collected as follows: <br />. .J .wood *33.50 <br />11.0 .Cos 4.20 <br />Moran Co.. 62.90 <br />C.ti.Pettibone38.10 <br />Yellsmsre Co..,400.90 <br />Total 1539.60 <br />which was ordered placed in the Road and bridge trund. <br />The County Judge filed his report of Real Estate License issued showing *970.00 <br />collected for the State; *194.00 for the real testate board and $490.00 collected for <br />the County. <br />The County Attorney was instructed to get what information could be obtained fret <br />St. Lucie County relative to the right-of-way over the Ruffner land and advise .D.A. <br />Yeginnis, attorney for the State Road Department. <br />Un motion duly made, seconded and carried the following resolution passed by the <br />
