<br />A. petition having been presented to the Board of County Commissioners by A. M. Hill
<br />and others praying for the establishment of a new road in said petition described, and
<br />R.D.Carter, C.B.Cobb and Egerton lt. Carter having been dui appointed viewers, and the said
<br />viewers being disinterested freeholders of said County, and having subscribed to the oath
