<br />The County Democratic Executive Committee having met, organised and adopted the
<br />assessments to be levied against the sesta candidates for the various offices of the
<br />County, for the purpose of party organisation. Assessments were thereupon made for
<br />the purpose of defraying all expenses in connection the primary election to be held
