68 <br />460-40-41:- -.41611110110M11111,21011061101.1 <br />It was ordered chat the report be accepted <br />period of 30 days as required by law, and if no <br />a public county road. <br />The following resolution was offered and unanimously adopted: <br />WOMEAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, has mads <br />application to the Florida East Coast Railway Company for permission to abandon public <br />road crossing on the right-of-way of said Company at Mile Poet 229 plus 3678 foist and <br />the establishment of a new crossing at mile Post 229 plus 3636 feet, and <br />VBSREAB, said Florida Bast Coast Railway Company has indicated its willingness to <br />grant such permission upon certain terms and conditions outlined in a proposed form of <br />agreement submitted to the Board; <br />THEREFORE, Be it Resolved that the Chairman of this Board together with the Clerk <br />be, and they are, hereby authorized and empowered to execute an agreement with said <br />Company on behalf of this Board respecting the crossing herein referred to. <br />The following qualified voters of the County were appointed Inspectors and Clerk, <br />for the various precincts of the County, as follows: <br />PRECINCT NO.1 ROSBLANTD. <br />•.W.Holtzclaw; T.A.Garring;N.D.Hammon,Inspectors; and L. Such sign to be erected under the supervision of the <br />County Engineer and with the understanding tach sign will be removed at any time this <br />Board orders such removal. <br />It was ordered that the County Engineer employ J.S.Shi.nn Company to repair road <br />between Quay Bridge and A.B.Yichael's ham. <br />The County Engineer was instructed to advertise forbids for one roller; one turn <br />table and one small Tractor. <br />The various bills against the County were examined, rime having been audited, sad <br />were found correct and warrants issued in settlement of same.
