H12 This bond is one of a series of 490 bonds aggregating $490,000.00 of like tenor exoept as to number and date of maturity, issued by Special +load and Bridge District No 4 in Indian River County, Florida, for the purpose of rai sing funds to construct certain roads and bridges in said Special Road and Brodge District No 4, and is issued pursuant to the favorable vote of more than a maZority of the qualified voters of said District voting at an election duly called and legally held for that purpose; and pursuant to resolutions of the board of :ounty Commissioners of St. Lucie County, r'lorida, and the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, duly passed approved and adopted as required by law and pursuant to and in full compliance with all requirmeuts of the laws of the State of blorida, including the provisions .of Section 1647 to 1666 inclusive, of the Revised General Statues of the State of Florida: It is hereby certified, recited and declared that the issue of bonds of which this is one os within every debt and other limit prescribed by the Constitution andllaws of the State of Florida, and is made in strict conformity with the Constitution and Laws of the State of *lorida, and of resolutions of the Boards of County Commissioners of St. Ducie County and Indian Biver County, Florida', duly authorizing the same, and that all proceedings and things essential to the validity of this bond. have duly happened and been performed and all requirements of law have been duly complied with by the proper officers in the iasuance of this bund.
