<br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that in coc►plianoe with the law a sinking fund is hereby
<br />created which shall be used to meet and off said bonds as they become due, and that

<br />for thirty years on all taxable property within acid Special Road and Bridge Distriot
<br />No. 4 in Indian niver 4'ounty, Florida, such a sum sufficient to raise the amount
<br />annually required to meet and pay off said bonds as they mature during eaoh of said
<br />thirty years.
<br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that a tax also be levied for each and every year for
<br />thirty yearn on all the taxable property in said Special Road and Bridge District
<br />No.4 in Indian River County, Flarida, sufficient to raise such sum of money as will meet
<br />and pay off the interest of said bends as the same beoome due and payableduring each
<br />year of said thirty years.
<br />RESOLVED FURTHEP., that the slid Board of Bounty eommissivners shall at the
<br />proper times as fixed by law in each year levy a tax of a sufficient number of mills
<br />Tier dollar valuation upon all taxable property, both real and personal, including
<br />railroads, telegraph and telephone 'ines owned or situated in said Special Road and
<br />Bridge District No. 4 in Indian lover County, Florida, as will be sufficient to
<br />raise, meet and pay off the principal and interest of said bonds as the same become
<br />due and payable, and said taxes as the same shall be levied shall be placed to the
<br />credit of a fund to be designated !Special Road and Bridge Distriot No.4 Bond Fund"
<br />of said "ounty, to be used abd applied only in the payment of the principal and
<br />interest of said bonds as the same shall become due.
<br />RESOLVED FUR'r ;E, that the proceeds of the sole of said bonds shall be used o
<br />only for the construction of certain roads and brides described in the petition
<br />requesting the call of an election to create said Special Road and Bridge District.
<br />RESOLVED FURTHER; that the Clerk of the Board of county 6ommissioners is
<br />hereby directed to publish in the Vero Beach Press, a newspaper published at Vero
<br />Beach', Indian Aiver County, Florida, that this Board of &aunty Commissioners will
<br />receive sealed bids for the purchase of said bonds at the Clerk's office up to
<br />the hour of two p.m. on the 24th day of August, 1925, at Which time said bide will
<br />be opened. Each bid shall be accompanied by certified check for 35,000.00 payable to the
<br />the order of this Board of County Commissioners, and the right is reserved to reject
<br />any and all bide;
<br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that F.L. Hemmings, Attorney, is authorized and direoted
<br />to have said bonds prepared and certified by United .6tatea Mortgage Ind Trust Company;
<br />to have printed a circular advertising the sale of the bonds; and to have said bonds
<br />validated, and to obtainsthe opinion of John A. Thomson, of 120 Broadway, New York City,
<br />as to the validity of these bonds.
<br />In compliance with Sections 228, 229 and 230 of the Revised General Statutes of
<br />Florida, the County Commissioners proceeded to lay out, designate and establish the
<br />several election Districts of the County as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Election Didtriot No. 1 Roseland.
<br />Beginning at the North-east corner of Government Lot 2, Sgotion ',Township 31
<br />6outh Range 38 East and the Fleming Grant line, run South-west along the said Grant
<br />line to the Sebastian Riser; thence North-easterly along the center of the Sebastian
<br />River to the Indian River; thence Southerly along the Indian River shore to the
<br />South line of Section 25, Township 30 South Range 38 East the dame being the North
<br />City limits of the City of Sebastian; thenen bat along the Section line to the
