• • <br />Valerie Smith of Indian River County Mental Health thanked the Board for making the <br />public aware of the problem and thanked the community for its support with Mental Health <br />programs such as the "Drop -In" Center on 14th Avenue. <br />Roy Anderson, Executive Director of the Drop -In Center, thanked the Board and asked <br />the community to remember all those persons still suffering in jails and hospitals, as well as the <br />people who have lost their lives to drug addition and suicide.
