Last years expenditures totaled $ 31 , 000 00 . The new year bid prices reflect a 29% increase against the 2000 prices of Bid 9 3000 . The projected expenditures for 2001 are $39, 900 00 • Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract for two (2 ) additional one ( 1 ) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, vendor acceptance and the determination that renewal of this annual contract is in the best interest of the County.
