Director Boling responded to Commissioner Macht ' s inquiry regarding the <br /> landscaping that will be required for the property by showing a sketch and advising that it <br /> will be a 10 - foot minimum depth . <br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br /> this matter . There being none , she closed the public hearing . <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht , SECONDED BY <br /> Commissioner Tippin , the Board unanimously ( 4 - 0 , Chairman <br /> Ginn absent) found that the proposed use meets the general and <br /> specific requirements of LDR Chapter 971 and granted special <br /> exception use approval for the proposed used vehicle sales use , <br /> with the following conditions : 1 ) prior to issuance of a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy ( C . O . ) , the applicant shall reconstruct <br /> portions of the US # 1 sidewalk, remove driveway aprons , and <br /> install Type F curbing , as required by Traffic Engineering ; and <br /> 2 ) after issuance of the C .
