Mr DeBlois continued that staff does not normally require new surveys for these types of <br />developments and pointed out the areas of sea grasses which need to be avoided on the aerial. <br />He also stated that the County has prohibited extending docks into the Indian River Lagoon <br />which leaves the developer with little option for placement of these docks. <br />In response to further questioning, Mr. DeBlois stated that because these docks are <br />interior to the canals, no other permits from other agencies are required. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />9.8.3.
