SECTION 13. AWARD OF BID. The County Administrator or his designee, is hereby <br />authorized to accept the bids for the Series 2001 Bonds. The County Administrator is hereby <br />authorized to award the sale of the Series 2001 Bonds on his determination of the best bid submitted <br />in accordance with the terms of the Notice of Bond Sale provided for herein so long as the true <br />interest cost rate shall not exceed 6.0% on the Series 2001 Bonds. The County Administrator is <br />hereby authorized to award the sale of the Series 2001 Bonds as set forth above or to reject all bids <br />for the Series 2001 Bonds. Such award shall be final. <br />SECTION 14. INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS. All prior resolutions and motions of the <br />Issuer inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby modified, supplemented and <br />amended to conform with the provisions herein contained and except as otherwise modified, <br />supplemented and amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 15. EFFECTIVE DATE.
