ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge, the <br />Board unanimously adopted Resolution 2001-108 <br />appointing Robert C. Reid Special County <br />Attorney for the purpose of coordinating, <br />approving and noting financing documents <br />presented to the Board of County Commissioners <br />in connection with the issuance of not to exceed <br />$11,000,000 general obligation bonds as <br />authorized by Resolution No. 95-63. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-108 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ROBERT C. REID <br />SPECIAL COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF COORDINATING, <br />APPROVING, AND NOTING FINANCING DOCUMENTS PRESENTED TO <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $11,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />BONDS AS AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION NO. 95-63. <br />WHEREAS, Section 102.10(4) of the Indian River Code (Ordinance 90-19) provides that <br />"[all]" contract documents shall be coordinated with and noted by the county attorney and county <br />administrator before presentation to commission," and Section 105.02, of the Indian River county <br />Code (Ordinance 90-24), requires the county attorney's approval as to form and legal sufficiency for <br />certain purchasing contracts in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000); and <br />WHEREAS, the services of Attorney Robert C. Reid have been engaged to prepare <br />documents in connection with the issuance not to exceed $11,000,000 General Obligation Bonds <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 95-63. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Robert C.
