Add Item 5.B., Letter from Environmental Protection Agency Commending <br />West Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. <br />2. Move Item 13.A., Letter from Somerset County Commissioners, Somerset, <br />Pennsylvania to Item 5.C. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Adams, the Board <br />unanimously made the above changes to the <br />Agenda. <br />5. REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS FOR <br />CITIZENS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Jim Egan thanked the Board for the opportunity to address the public. He <br />commented that the ongoing public workshops on the Indian River Lagoon for the last <br />several years serve the purpose of bringing input to local governments. The Lagoon is a <br />part of St. Johns River Water Management District National Estuary Program. The Marine <br />Resources Council has these workshops available on tape should anyone wish to have a <br />copy.
