Pryor Sr. and Eligha L. Pryor Jr. for the planned re-routing of Barber <br />Street. The lots are each 80 x 125 feet, containing a total of 20,000 square feet. The <br />Pryors purchased the lots with the intention of constructing two model homes to be sold <br />later, and in fact, had begun developing one of the lots before being notified by the City <br />of Sebastian about the Barber Street plans. <br />October 8, 2002 <br />12 <br />Bpi <br />
