RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners accept the Grant and authorize the <br />chairman to sign the attached grant agreement. <br />Attachments <br />1. Copy of the Grant Agreement. <br />2. Copy of the County's Grant Form <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Tippin, the Board unanimously accepted the Grant <br />from the Florida Department of Community Affairs and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Subgrant Agreement, as <br />recommended in the memorandum. <br />PARTIALLY EXECUTED STATE -FUNDED SUBGRANT AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7.H. 3900 Group LLC - Approval of Final PD Plat/Plan for a <br />Commercial Planned Development to be Known as Woodlake <br />Commons P.D.
