Miller has requested that 4 temporary services be installed from an extension from <br />the water line on 46th Avenue (Sunrise) to service his homes at 4620, 4660, 4680 and 4700 85t <br />85th St. Vero Beach, Fl. in Wabasso Tourist Court Subdivision, Vero Beach, Florida prior to the <br />installation of a water system in Wabasso Tourist Court Subdivision. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide " <br />temporary water service to Mr. Miller, until such time that a water line may be constructed in <br />Wabasso Tourist Court Subdivision, by assessment. He agrees to pay all fees required to make <br />these connections He further agrees to participate in the assessment, and to reconnect to this <br />water line as required by the Indian River County Department of Utility Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the attached Agreements with Mr. Miller on the Consent Agenda. <br />October 8, 2002 <br />23 <br />6 <br />• <br />• <br />
