ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Tippin, the Board unanimously approved use of the <br />Old Fellsmere School property by the Fellsmere Beautification <br />Committee for a circus on October 28, 2002, subject to a <br />certificate of insurance being issued and provided to the Risk <br />Manager showing Indian River County as being an additional <br />insured, as recommended in the memorandum. <br />AIM <br />7.N.
