If the Board allows 45 feet on <br /> top of that, it will tower over everything else and affect the real estate values . This Board <br /> has been very helpful to the north beach area by developing the North Beach Task Force , <br /> building the fire station , obtaining open lands for the citizens , and getting AIA and CR - 510 <br /> named as Scenic Highways . All of this hard work could be for naught . He believed the <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission did not make an arbitrary decision but a well - thought - out <br /> one .
