E ;" <br /> Capital Projects Manager <br /> SUBJECT : Developer' s Agreement Between Indian River County and <br /> Lake Grace of Vero Beach , LLC and/or Assignees <br /> Kings Highway, Phase II Improvements <br /> DATE : December 18 , 2000 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> A drainage retention parcel is needed at the southwest corner of Kings Highway ( 58th <br /> Avenue ) and 8'" Street for Kings Highway Phase II Improvements . The owner has <br /> executed a Developer' s Agreement ( attached ) that provides for the Developer to permit , <br /> construct, and maintain a retention facility for runoff from Kings Highway . The Developer <br /> will retain ownership of the retention pond . <br /> The attached Agreement also provides for the conveyance of 76 feet of right-of-way from <br /> the Developer to the County .
