Planning Division Director Stan Boling advised that the next three items were LDR <br /> (Land Development Regulation) amendments . He reviewed the memorandum on this <br /> amendment and recommended approval . He then responded to questions of the <br /> Commissioners regarding size measurement, differences between recreational vehicles and <br /> mobile homes , and required setbacks . <br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br /> this matter . <br /> Brian Heady , Vero Beach , advised that it seemed to hien that fewer laws are a better <br /> way to govern . <br /> It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairman closed the <br /> public hearing . <br /> ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn , SECONDED BY <br /> Commissioner Adams , the Board unanimously adopted <br /> Ordinance No . 2003 - 001 regarding amendment of the definition <br /> of "recreational vehicle " , amending land development <br /> regulations (LDRs) Chapter 901 , Zoning, the definition of <br /> recreational vehicle ; and providing for repeal of conflicting <br /> provisions , codification , severability and effective date . <br /> January 21 , 2003 <br /> 10 <br /> low <br />
