• <br />• • <br />George Beuttel, 5000 16`h Street, felt there should be more reliance on the good <br />common sense of the citizens. <br />Rene Renzi, 340 Waverly Place, believed that something should be done as quickly <br />as possible as there are more and more developments being built everyday. <br />Mr. DeBlois noted that there are 2 scheduled public presentations by Brian Poole, <br />Senior Environmental Planner. The first is scheduled for February 18`'', 2002 before the <br />Audubon Society and the second is scheduled for February 215`, 2002 before the Eugenia <br />Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society. Staff will also plan another more formal public <br />workshop. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter. There <br />being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to continue the public hearing until Tuesday, <br />March 12, 2002 at 9:05 a.m. <br />JANUARY 22, 2002 <br />-37- <br />
