Mr Coffey then commended staff, especially Assistant Administrator Joe Baird, for their <br />many appearances at functions around the County to explain the program and to urge support. <br />Commissioner Ginn expressed her thanks also to Mr. Baird for his hard and tireless work <br />on this program. She felt the program will ensure the future of Indian River County's <br />infrastructure. <br />Mr Baird thanked Administrator Jim Chandler and staff, stating that he was just the <br />spokesperson while they did all the hard work.
