7d <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve and authorize <br />the Chairman to execute, in substantially the form proposed, Amendment Number 1 to <br />Sublease Number 4118-01, and License Agreements with Airmasters Radio Control Club, <br />Inc., and Sebastian Area Soccer Association, Inc. <br />Discussion: <br />Proposed for the Board's approval are Amendment Number 1 to Sublease Number <br />4118-01 to enlarge the North County Regional Park to accommodate model airplane flying, <br />and License Agreements with Airmasters Radio Control Club, Inc., and Sebastian Area <br />Soccer Association, Inc., for use of park property for model airplane flying and soccer, <br />respectively. <br />County Attorney Paul Bangel noted that these agreements are all subject to approval by <br />the Department of Environmental Protection which he is expecting any day now. He also asked <br />that the Agreements be examined by the Risk Manager. He asked the Board to grant approval for <br />minor adjustments to the agreements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute, in substantially the form <br />proposed, Amendment Number 1 to Sublease Number 4118-01 and <br />License Agreements with Airmasters Radio Control Club, Inc. and <br />Sebastian Area Soccer Association, Inc., as recommended by staff, <br />and authorized the County Attorney to make minor adjustments to <br />these agreements. <br />AMENDMENT AND AGREEMENTS WILL BE ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />13.A.1.
