The remaining committees that are assigned to District Two will be left for <br />the new commissioner in District Two. <br />IRC Council on Aging <br />Keep Indian River Beautiful <br />Metropolitan Planning Organization <br />Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />Chairman Stanbridge asked the Board to confirm her committee assignment suggestions. <br />Commissioner Adams agreed and also wanted to appoint Ruth Stanbridge to act as <br />County Liaison to: National Scenic Highway, Pelican Island Centennial Committee, American <br />Heritage River, Greenways and Trails, restoration of the Kitching Railroad Station, and <br />restoration of the Old School in Fellsmere. <br />Chairman Stanbridge stated that she would be happy to continue her participation in these <br />endeavors on behalf of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved the <br />committee appointments as stated in Chairman Stanbridge's <br />Memorandum, and appointed Ruth Stanbridge to serve as County <br />Liaison to the following ongoing projects: American Heritage <br />River, National Scenic Highway, Pelican Island Centennial <br />Committee, Kitching Railroad and Old School in Fellsmere <br />Restoration. <br />14.A.
