The force main will be constructed <br />across the entire north frontage of the apartment site (730 feet) at the developer's cost. <br />As shown on Exhibit B of the attached agreement, the estimated cost sharing between the <br />developer and the County is as follows: <br />Developer's Share <br />County's Share <br />Total Project Cost <br />$30,333.75 <br />$123,287 50 <br />$153,621.25 <br />Construction of the sewer force main will allow the County to coordinate expansion of the <br />sanitary sewer collection system with development of the site, as well as provide sewer <br />service to future projects along 451' Street. As future projects connect to the sewer force <br />main, line extension fees will be collected, along with capacity fees. Pinnacle Housing <br />Group will pay a total of $958,464.00 in water and sewer capacity charges.
